Was exiled in 1907 along with Lala Lajpat Rai and was then again exiled in 1908 and returned to India 1947. Participated in many world freedom movements.

He was also consistent freedom fighter and was jailed by British Rule many times
S.Swaran Singh (Uncle)
He died at the age of 23 due to severe torture by the British Rule in 1910
